Clean, well kept, and quietsubmitted by Drew V. - |Recommended: YesThis was my first experience in an apartment community so my expectations were all over the place. This turned out to be a great experience. The staff is very helpful, the location is perfect, and the community is much quieter than expected. If I wasn't buying a home, I would have continued living in this community.

Not bad for the pricesubmitted by Justin T. - |Recommended: YesIt's not the worst nor the best. It serves the purpose. The manager Brad is professional and I haven't had any issues with the staff. The unit itself is decent. Older fixtures, but I opted for that to avoid the high rent. The insulation could be better and the heating should uhld be upgraded. Baseboard and cadet heaters are so inefficient that I can't use them or I have to chose between paying rent or paying PGE. I like that I have a fireplace, but it's now not operable so I have no heat source. Overall, not a bad place to live.
Village at Main is a home and a communitysubmitted by Randy V. - |Recommended: YesThere are all kinds of people here, but all that I meet are kind and friendly. The unit feels spacious, there is almost no noise from neighbors -- muffled footsteps and vacuum and washing machine noise, anything in contact with the floor is barely audible, but voices and television and music aren't heard at all. Parking seems scant, yet there is always space enough to park by my unit guests might need to walk a half block or so . Maintenance gets busy and can't always do low priority jobs in the same day I request, but they come soon, and they stay on the job until it's complete -- and it's always good. If impatient, then one might not appreciate the occasional delay. But once you see how much care they take in their tasks, you'll understand that the wait is worth it. The landscaping needs a little work, there's a lot of moss in what should be lawn. But it's kept clean and trim, and there's evidence that they're working on the moss issue it's turning black . Mildew on the windows is likely if you don't keep them clean, but I'm a native Oregonian and I know the drill.
Beautiful setting and great community submitted by Andrea S. - |Recommended: YesEveryone is always so friendly and it is a nice and quiet neighborhood
Excellent propertysubmitted by Thomas V. - |Recommended: YesVillage at Main Street is a wonderful place to live, but the parking can be terrible because there is no assigned parking.
Gary was awesome, submitted by Kassandra S. - |Recommended: YesWe submitted a maintenance request and the scheduled technician that took care of it was Gary. From the get-go he was super friendly and efficient He let us know what the issues were and how they were being handled. Gary kept us in the loop until our maintenance request was complete. He has great customer service skills and we really appreciate how awesome the maintenance staff is here at Village.
Great Location near transit, shopping, and recreational areassubmitted by Timothy N. - |Recommended: YesExcellent location if you want to be close to downtown Wilsonville and large recreational areas for playing sports or hiking. Less than a mile away from the WES line.

Love this communitysubmitted by Jheri J. - |Recommended: YesAs far as apartment living goes, this is thee BEST experience I have ever had. I truly never hear any of my neighbors. My stairwell comes to my door only, so both of those things make it feel as though it's a condo of my own- not an apartment. I love the amenities, and the office staff are pretty great too. I seriously have zero complaints about this community. BEST apartment experience EVER
Well managed and maintained. Large complex. Nice amenities.submitted by Danial S. - |Recommended: YesNice property. Very well managed and the staff is extremely courteous and responsive whenever an issue arises. On-site gym w indoor basketball court, outdoor pool although I wish they had an indoor lap pool and the feeling at least of open spaces. Easy walk to restaurants, markets and shopping. Surprisingly peaceful and quiet given the number of units and proximity to Interstate 5. The only things that might qualify as negatives would be the small size of the apartments ours is a 3 bedroom and barely 1000sq ft and unassigned parking although you can pay extra for an assigned, canopied spot and or very small single-car garage. However, I'm of the opinion that each unit should come with at least 1 assigned, unprotected spot. . I am very comfortable recommending Village at Main to those of any age seeking an apartment home. For being such a large, apartment community it's a very nice place to live.
